Vision

The vision of City Seminary is to equip the church to think theologically and live redemptively in an urban context. As a young church, it is important that we increasingly rely, not on Sundays or pastors, but on our own study of the Scriptures to live Christianly in all of life.

In this first year of City Seminary, we will offer a limited number of courses over four quarters. A schedule can be downloaded here . Some courses are borrowed from The Porterbrook Network, while others originate with Austin City Life. A two-year certificate track is available for those who are interested.

Gospel Relationships: A Mess Worth Making


Do you struggle to apply the gospel in everyday life? Do you find yourself at a loss for words when others seek your advice? Are relationships a challenge for you? Gospel Relationships is a six-week course designed to help you understand and apply the gospel in your relationships. It will equip you to engage everyday situations such as work, marriage, and service with gospel hope.

The Titus 2 Woman: Living a Godly Life

Titus 2  calls all people "to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives." In this course, we will look into what it means to be a Godly Woman in the world we live in today. The course topics include:


  • Becoming a Titus 2 Woman: Finding the strength "to live upright and godly lives"
  • Making Disciples: Training women in matters of faith and godliness
No matter how long, if at all, you've been walking with the Lord--the truths of scripture are living and active. You will be challenged to live a better, happier, and godlier life in Christ!
